Our yoga classes offer a blend of strength, flexibility, and relaxation for all levels. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, each session is designed to help you feel centered and revitalized.

What to expect

What is yoga?

Yoga is a beautiful exercise that involves dynamic flows to improve strength, mobility to aid flexibility and mind-body connections. 

How many people in the class?

We have mixed gender class with no more than 10 people.

What do I wear?

We work in our socks or bare feet. Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in. 

How much does it cost?

Our 6-week block is thoughtfully designed by our expert Yoga team to support your progress from week one through to week six. You’ll secure your place in class each week—no need to rebook every time—and benefit from a consistent routine that really helps you improve.
Plus, it’s just £7.50 per class, making it more cost-effective than our PAYG option.

If you’re not able to commit to the full 6 weeks, we do still offer pay-as-you-go at £9 per class.
