What is Pregnancy Pilates?

Our physiotherapy-led Pregnancy Pilates in Andover is more than just a fitness class — it’s tailored for every stage of pregnancy, from 12 weeks to birth. Recommended by the NHS and Mumsnet, the classes combine gentle strengthening, stretching, and relaxation to ease pregnancy aches, improve posture, and support pelvic floor health. Expect expert guidance, small supportive groups, and exercises adapted to your needs, helping you feel confident, strong, and prepared for childbirth.

How many people in the class?

Our pregnancy Pilates classes are small, with 8-10 participants, so you receive plenty of personal attention. This ensures you learn the movements safely and correctly, while feeling supported every step of the way, whilst also meeting mums to be like you!

What do I wear?

We work in our socks or bare feet. Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in. 

How much does it cost?

Our 6-week block is thoughtfully designed by our expert Pilates team to support your progress from week one through to week six. You’ll secure your place in class each week—no need to rebook every time—and benefit from a consistent routine that really helps you improve.
Plus, it’s just £7.50 per class, making it more cost-effective than our PAYG option.

If you’re not able to commit to the full 6 weeks, we do still offer pay-as-you-go at £9 per class.
