Martin Randall

Martin has been a certified personal trainer for a number of years and has experience working with people of all walks of life and exercise experience. He also specialises in working with people with long term conditions and GP referrals.

Qualifications include:
Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training
Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Clients with Long Term Conditions
Senior Fitness Specialist (Older Adults)
Certified Animal Flow Instructor
Vegetarian, Vegan & Plant-based Nutrition
