Expert support backed by science to help with weight loss, gut concerns, medical issues, eating disorders and hormonal changes with our Dietitian Lisa!
What is dietetics?
A dietitian is clinically trained with thousands of hours within hospitals to use food as medicine, supporting people with diagnosed medical conditions, interpreting blood test results, and delivering evidence-based nutrition advice tailored to your body, lifestyle and health goals. It goes far beyond calorie counting or food rules — dietetics looks at hormones, gut health, metabolism, life stage and long-term wellbeing, helping you make changes that are safe, sustainable and genuinely effective. So if you've been struggling to gain results from your weight loss diet, you've recently been diagnosed with high cholesterol or your tummy issues are driving you around the bend - then come and see our registered Dietitian Lisa!

What to expect
What happens in a session
Your session is split into 2 halves - the first hour is for you to sit with Lisa face to face to go through an in depth assessment. Don't worry, Lisa is not the food police! She is not here to judge, just here to help. The second half is spent with Lisa working independently to curate a bespoke treatment plan for you. It will last you 6 weeks and will address the issues you discussed with science, expertise, lifestyle and budget in mind.
