What is a Sound bath?

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you simply lie back and let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and gentle vibrations wash over you. It’s a chance to switch off from the busy world, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. The rich, resonant tones help calm your mind, ease your body, and leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and truly cared for — like a little slice of Sunday indulgence just for you.

How many people in the class?

We have limited spaces of 14 for this class. So booking is a must!

What do I wear?

We work in our socks or bare feet. Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in. 

Who is running the class?

The Sunday Sound Bath is led by Georgina Roberson, an award-winning holistic therapist and experienced yoga teacher with over 20 years in mind-body therapies. Georgina blends yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and guided meditation to create a deeply relaxing and nurturing experience. Her warm, expert guidance ensures each session leaves you feeling calm, refreshed, and truly cared for.
