What is Morning Pilates?
Morning Pilates in Andover is designed to energise your body and mind for the day ahead. Classes include a mix of mat and equipment exercises that improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. Suitable for all levels, our small, supportive groups ensure personalised guidance so you can start your day feeling strong, focused, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
How many people in the class?
Our morning Pilates classes are small, with 8-10 participants, so you receive plenty of personal attention. This ensures you learn the movements safely and correctly, while feeling supported every step of the way.
What do I wear?
We work in our socks or bare feet. Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in.
How much does it cost?
Our 6-week block is thoughtfully designed by our expert Pilates team to support your progress from week one through to week six. You’ll secure your place in class each week—no need to rebook every time—and benefit from a consistent routine that really helps you improve.
Plus, it’s just £7.50 per class, making it more cost-effective than our PAYG option.
If you’re not able to commit to the full 6 weeks, we do still offer pay-as-you-go at £9 per class.
