-
Disc issues, such as a bulging (slipped) or herniated disc

Sciatica (pain radiating down the leg)
-
Arthritis, spinal stenosis, or age-related changes
-
Pregnancy-related back pain
-
Lack of core strength or physical activity
and more!

Our approach to back pain
What happens in a session
You'll meet with one of our physiotherapists who will take the time to truly understand the cause of your back pain, and how its affecting your life. They'll perform a few tests to see how your back pain is also affecting other structures and functions. All tests that are performed are the same tests completed by spinal consultants and have a vast amount of evidence behind them to give the most accurate results.
