What to expect
What is 'Mums can jump'?
It is a 6 week course designed to get your body lifting and running in a safe and effective way. It also includes an online course designed to give you daily information, activities and guidance to support your training.
Who is the class for?
ANY mum (no matter how old your little one is).
We wanted to create a course to empower women to get back to exercise! Whether your issue is bladder leakage, diastasis (tummy gap), post caesarean recovery - this class is designed for YOU!
How many people in the class?
We have a maximum of 5 mums per course (and 5 babies of course!)
How much does it cost?
The course is £60.
