What does this class entail? This class is for anyone that needs a deep stretch. It is in high temperatures to boost circulation, muscle flexibility and joint range. Be aware... this is not for the faint hearted! Who is this class for? People who have joint stiffness such as arthritic joints, people who feel muscle tightness and struggle to get the relief needed from standard stretching or anyone who would like to give it a go! ​When is this class? Mondays at 9:30am, Tuesdays at 7:30pm & Wednesdays at 10am

Who is this class for? This class is for anyone who has been recommended pilates to support their rehabilitation or who would like to improve their own pilates journey. What does this class entail? This is a private class going through your individual goals. When is this class? Mondays and Wednesdays

What does this class entail? This class is designed with the latest research to provide strength to your back and core - reducing your back pain and the risk of it returning! Who is this class for? This class is for anyone who regularly gets back pain and would like to get rid of it once and for all!​ When is this class? Thursdays at 6:30pm

Who is this class for? This class is for anyone who would like to improve their balance to reduce the risk of falls. What does this class entail? This class will be focussing on lower body strength and balance work. It will be done on chairs and in standing. When is this class? Wednesdays at 11am

What does this class entail? This class will be gaining the basics in core activation, pelvic floor control and starting to challenge the body in a safe way - empowering mums to feel confident in moving into whatever exercise they would like to participate in. Who is this class for? This class is for new mums or mums that haven't gone back to any exercise yet - for both vaginal and caesarean birthing mothers. Babies welcome! When is this class? Mondays at 2pm
