What is chair pilates?

Chair Pilates in Andover is a gentle, accessible form of Pilates using a chair for support, with no need to get on/off the floor. It helps improve posture, strength, balance, and flexibility, making it ideal for beginners, older adults, or those recovering from injury.

How many people in the class?

We keep our Chair Pilates classes small, with up to 6 participants, so you get personal attention and tailored support from our instructor.

What do I wear?

We work in our socks or bare feet. Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in.

How much does it cost?

Our 6-week block is thoughtfully designed by our expert Pilates team to support your progress from week one through to week six. You’ll secure your place in class each week—no need to rebook every time—and benefit from a consistent routine that really helps you improve.
Plus, it’s just £7.50 per class, making it more cost-effective than our PAYG option.

If you’re not able to commit to the full 6 weeks, we do still offer pay-as-you-go at £9 per class.
