What is Postnatal Pilates?
Postnatal Pilates in Andover is a physiotherapy-led class designed specifically for new mums. It focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and supporting pelvic floor recovery after childbirth. Classes are tailored to your individual needs, helping you regain fitness, reduce tension, and feel strong and confident in your postnatal journey. Plus tea and biscuits afterwards!
How many people in the class?
Our postnatal Pilates classes are small, with 6-8 participants, so you receive plenty of personal attention. This ensures you learn the movements safely and correctly, while feeling supported every step of the way, whilst also meeting mums like you!
What do I wear?
We work in our socks or bare feet. Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in.
How much does it cost?
Our 6-week block is thoughtfully designed by our expert Pilates team to support your progress from week one through to week six. You’ll secure your place in class each week—no need to rebook every time—and benefit from a consistent routine that really helps you improve.
Plus, it’s just £7.50 per class, making it more cost-effective than our PAYG option.
If you’re not able to commit to the full 6 weeks, we do still offer pay-as-you-go at £9 per class.
