What is beginners Pilates?
Beginners Pilates in Andover is designed to introduce you to the core principles of Pilates in a simple and supportive way. You’ll learn the basic movements that help improve posture, core strength, balance, and flexibility, making it the perfect starting point if you’re new to exercise or looking to build confidence.
How many people in the class?
Our Beginners Pilates classes are small, with 8-10 participants, so you receive plenty of personal attention. This ensures you learn the movements safely and correctly, while feeling supported every step of the way.
What do I wear?
We work in our socks or bare feet. Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in.
How much does it cost?
Our 6-week block is thoughtfully designed by our expert Pilates team to support your progress from week one through to week six. You’ll secure your place in class each week—no need to rebook every time—and benefit from a consistent routine that really helps you improve.
Plus, it’s just £7.50 per class, making it more cost-effective than our PAYG option.
If you’re not able to commit to the full 6 weeks, we do still offer pay-as-you-go at £9 per class.
