Stress relief restorative yoga

What does this class entail? This class is a slow style of yoga focussing on mobility, relaxation and reflection. This class is designed to stimulate the senses with beautiful sounds, warm surrounding and integration of aromatherapy oils. Leave feeling like a new you! Who is this class for? People who have joint stiffness such as arthritic joints People who feel muscle tightness and struggle to get the relief needed from standard stretching ​ When is this class? Wednesdays at 6:30pm
restorative yoga & meditation
What does this class entail? With slow stretching, breathwork and meditation in a beautiful candlelit room - this class is designed to wash away your stress and worries! Who is this class for? This class is for anyone wanting complete stress relief. When is this class? Mondays at 8:15pm
Strength & Flexibility

What does this class entail? This class is yoga with an emphasis on strengthening - aiming to improve your whole body's strength. Who is this class for? This class is for anyone that wants to build up their body strength - to feel fitter and stronger in every day life. When is this class? Mondays at 7pm, & Wednesdays at 9am
Pregnancy yoga
What does this class entail? This class is for anyonewho is over 12 weeks pregnant who is looking for a gentle stretch and relaxation. The Perfect TLC for the pregnant body! When is this class? Wednesdays at 7:30pm Why not pair it with our Pregnancy Pilates to increase your strength and get your body ready for birth. Thursdays at 7:30pm!
