Our classes are at the heart of what we do here at Emily the Physio. We don't offer your generic 'one size fits all' classes. All our classes and programmes are designed around a specific goal to ENSURE that you improve at the things that are important to you. We offer intensive programmes designed to make a BIG DIFFERENCE to a specific pain point, plus weekly classes to help reduce injury risk, improve sporting performance or enhance your health/mental wellbeing. Our classes are small to ensure that everyone is adequately supported throughout the class to meet your own goals.

This is our current class timetable. This will be expanding in April 2024 considerably.

From the 21st February to the 27th March our classes will be at Picket Piece Village Hall. From the 15th April our classes will be at our new Wellbeing Hub in Augusta Park.
