At Emily the Physio, we like to do things differently - so we have classes for all abilities - for regular endurance athletes to someone that has never touched a barbell! Its not all about weights, we work a lot with bodyweight activities and building a solid core foundation that you can then build upon with any exercise you chose!

What does this class entail? This class is a mixture of pilates and 'legs,bums and tums' - focussing on the key muscles that help with every day activities ​ Who is this class for? This class is for anyone that wants to improve their core strength, muscle tone and overall strength! When is this class? Mondays at 9:30am ​ ​

Lifting Weights

What does this class entail? This class is perfect for anyone that wants an intense workout. With a variety of exercises to help challenge your body - you will definitely leave with a sweat! Who is this class for? This class is perfect for anyone that wants to do more intense exercise but due to current concerns may not be able to participate in standard circuit classes. This may include knee, hip, pelvic floor or back worries. ​When are these classes? TBC
