Whether you need help with tension, muscle pain, or post-workout recovery, our expert therapists have got you covered.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If you provide less than 24hours notice, then 50% of your appointment charge will be required. If you give less than 1 hour or do not show then the full charge will be taken. Exceptions are taken for changes of medical reasons that mean you can no longer participate safely.
