At Emily the Physio, we offer a range of small-group classes at our welcoming Wellbeing Hub in Andover, each led by highly qualified clinicians who understand movement, injury prevention, and individual needs.

Choose Pilates if...

You want to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, or recover from injury.

Pilates is the foundation of many of our clients’ fitness journeys. It’s low impact yet powerful, ideal for anyone managing back pain, desk-related tension, or general stiffness. We tailor each session to your level, with hands-on support to ensure you’re moving safely and effectively.


We also offer Chair Pilates – a fantastic option if getting on and off the floor isn’t comfortable. You’ll enjoy all the benefits of regular Pilates, with added focus on balance, posture, and functional movement – all from the support of a chair.

Available: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays – £9 per class or £45 for a 6-week block.

 

Try Postnatal Pilates if...

You’re a new mum ready to rebuild strength safely after pregnancy and birth.Led by our specialist women’s health physio, this class supports you through your postnatal recovery. Bring your baby along, connect with other mums, and get back in touch with your body in a relaxed, welcoming environment. We focus on pelvic floor recovery, core strength, and functional movement.


Best for:✔ New mums (from 6 weeks postpartum)✔ Diastasis recti or pelvic floor recovery✔ Reconnecting with your body✔ Community support


Available: Monday – £9 pay-as-you-go or 6-class block.

 

 

Go for Circuits if...

You want a more intense, full-body workout that’s still physiotherapist-approved.Our circuit classes are energising, evidence-based sessions designed to improve strength, cardio fitness, and functional movement. Perfect if you’re ready to push yourself a little further but want reassurance that your form, pacing, and recovery are in safe hands.

We adapt each session to suit your ability, so whether you're easing back into fitness or training with purpose, you're supported every step of the way.

Available: Multiple days weekly – £9/class or £45 block.

 

Pick Yoga if...

You’re craving a class that balances movement, flexibility, and mental clarity.Our yoga classes blend strong flows with mindful holds, helping you reconnect with your body and calm the nervous system. While there’s a focus on strength and flexibility, we always offer options for different levels and bodies making this a brilliant complement to any fitness or rehab plan.
