Ever been concerned about your heart health? Or diagnosed with a heart condition and would like to monitor this? This comprehensive assessment includes height, weight and blood pressure checks plus a blood test plus a dietitian's appointment.
The blood test includes checks that have been shown to be very important indicators of risks to your heart’s health. Including a full
cholesterol profile and tests for inflammation. It also includes a test for diabetes which shows you how well your body controls your blood
sugar.
The Dieitian appointment will look at ways in which your diet can support a healthy heart, and help to reduce some of the symptoms you are experiencing.
