Welcome to our "Supporting Life's Milestones" class page at The Wellbeing hub, where we offer evidence-based classes tailored to key life stages.

 

Our specialized offerings begin with Antenatal Pilates classes, supporting expecting mothers in maintaining strength and flexibility throughout pregnancy.

 

Next, we have the New Mum, New Core class, led by an award-winning physiotherapist, designed to safely reintroduce exercise postpartum for mothers who haven't returned to fitness yet.

 

Finally, our Midlife Vitality Pilates classes promote wellness and vitality during the midlife transition. Join us as we support you through life's important milestones with expert guidance and evidence-based practices.

Pregnancy Yoga

What does this class entail? This class is designed for mums-to-be to get their mind and body ready for birth! Who is this class for? This class is for mums-to-be from 12 weeks pregnant until baby gets here! When is this class? Thursdays at 7:15pm

What does this class entail? This class will be gaining the basics in core activation, pelvic floor control and starting to challenge the body in a safe way - empowering mums to feel confident in moving into whatever exercise they would like to participate in. Who is this class for? This class is for new mums or mums that haven't gone back to any exercise yet - for both vaginal and caesarean birthing mothers. Babies welcome! When is this class? Mondays at 11am

Pilates Class

Midlife vitality

What does this class entail? This pilates class targets the key areas that reduce your risk of the most common problems after menopause - osteoporosis, reduced balance, pelvic floor and heart health.  Who is this class for? This class is for anyone that is noticing changes to their health as they get to midlife.  When is this class? Wednesdays at 10am

I went to see Emily because I was in agony with sore hips during my third trimester. She was an absolute miracle worker and sorted them out so I could actually get some sleep! She also sorted out a host of other pregnancy ailments I had!

I cannot recommend Emily highly enough! She certainly knows her stuff, both ante and postnatal, and is also really lovely! It was very comforting knowing that she knew exactly what she was doing! I wish I had known about her during my first pregnancy
