What is Confidence to lift?
This is a FREE class with a maximum of 5 participants designed to learn how to lift and perform the main movements needed to add lifting SAFELY into your routine.

Why is this related to menopause?
The risk of osteoporosis, heart disease and many other comorbidities increases significantly after menopause. Research shows adding weight lifting and resistance training to your weekly exercise significantly reduces the risk of many of these comorbidities!
