Located in Andover, Hampshire, our specialised classes cater to a diverse range of needs, including injury prevention and rehabilitation. Whether you're a dedicated runner looking to safeguard against common injuries, someone seeking relief from back pain through Pilates, an elderly individual aiming to enhance strength, balance, and prevent falls, or a desk-bound professional aiming to alleviate posture-related back pains, we have tailored classes to meet your specific needs.

 

Our evidence-based approach integrates a variety of techniques and exercises, led by experienced instructors dedicated to your overall well-being. From the 21st February to the 27th March our classes will be at Picket Piece Village Hall. From the 15th April our classes will be at our new Wellbeing Hub in Augusta Park.

What does this class entail? With the latest evidence it is a circuits class designed to reduce the risk of the most common running problems and strengthen the most important muscles to aid your training.  Who is this class for? This class is for anyone that enjoys running! When is this class? Tuesdays at 6:30pm ​

Pilates for back pain

What does this class entail? This class is designed with the latest research to provide strength to your back and core - reducing your back pain and the risk of it returning! Who is this class for? This class is for anyone who regularly gets back pain and would like to get rid of it once and for all!​ When is this class? Thursdays at 6:30pm

Sure footing pilates

Who is this class for? This class is for anyone who would like to improve their balance to reduce the risk of falls. What does this class entail? This class will be focussing on lower body strength and balance work. It will be done on chairs and in standing. When is this class? Wednesdays at 11am

What does this class entail? This yoga class is a quick 30 minute class designed to reduce your risk of back pains related to sitting at your desk for long periods and repetitive strain injuries from computer work. Finish your class feeling recharged for your afternoon's work! Who is this class for? This class is for anyone with a desk job (although is open to everyone!) When is the class? Wednesdays at 12pm

I went to see Emily because I was in agony with sore hips during my third trimester. She was an absolute miracle worker and sorted them out so I could actually get some sleep! She also sorted out a host of other pregnancy ailments I had!

I cannot recommend Emily highly enough! She certainly knows her stuff, both ante and postnatal, and is also really lovely! It was very comforting knowing that she knew exactly what she was doing! I wish I had known about her during my first pregnancy
